Spiezia Organics "Relax Into Radiance"
Imagine...warm oil applied all over your body with long sweeping movements, followed by an energising body scrub made with marigold petals, brown sugar and lemongrass. Whilst that's left on to gently exfoliate your skin, we carry out a facial and a head massage.
Then you shower off the body scrub leaving your skin soft, smooth, relaxed and revived.
This treatment also includes a cup of organic herbal tea and yogic breathing, and takes about an hour and a half.

This ancient therapy is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing which has been practised in India for a thousand years. It aims to release the stress that has accumulated in the muscles, tissues and joints of the head, neck, shoulders and face.

What does it involve?
The client, fully clothed, sits in a massage chair for the treatment.
